Psychiatrist (Somerset)
This opportunity is for a Psychiatrist to provide services in an Outpatient Clinic on a part-time basis for our Somerset location. The position conducts outpatient psychiatric evaluations and medication checks on a diverse population. Requires license in the state of Pennsylvania. Requires entering into a collaborative practice agreement with PMHNPs as needed.
IT Technician
The IT Technician position provides support and system enhancement activities for our main offices in Somerset and Bedford plus outlying facilities and remote sites. This position performs troubleshooting, software installation, workstation set up, software support for users, inventory, and training.
Program Supervisor (Somerset)
This Supervisor oversees a Supports Coordination Organization (SCO) Program to ensure that approximately 350-400 individuals with an Intellectual Disability/Autism (ID/A) receive coordinated, person-centered services that promote stability, choice, and continuity of care. Through a comprehensive case management and advocacy approach this role supports individuals in accessing services that align with their strengths, preferences, and needs.
LPN
This opportunity is for an LPN to work DAYTIME hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. This position serves as a professional nurse to assist Psychiatrists, therapists, and individuals in an Outpatient Program. Duties include assessing individuals’ response to medication and treatment, communicating doctor’s orders, providing psychiatric nursing care, obtaining vital signs, assisting with medication refills, and completing documentation. Must be a graduate of an accredited practical/vocational nursing program and hold a current license as an LPN in PA.

Provides direct care duties by assisting residents with cooking, shopping, laundry, housekeeping, personal hygiene skills, medication management, money management, and public transportation.
